Open the map and tap a spot that needs an adopter — the district flags the worst ones — then hit “Adopt this area.” Or drop your own pin anywhere you want to care for. Staff approve it, and it goes on the map with your name.
Pick up litter, clear the catch basin, tidy the neutral ground. Log each cleanup with a before/after photo in the app.

Adopted areas earn a Civic Blue placard recognizing the resident, organization, or business that keeps them clean — in partnership with the district's council office.
